Back to Current Positions Electronics Specialists IPSCO Koppel Tubulars is seeking Electronics Specialists for our Baytown, Texas pipe and tube finishing facility. As an Electronics Specialist you will: Provide direct electrical, electronics support to the plant. Provide some mechanical support as needed to assist the department. Maintain and troubleshoot systems in a production environment. Position is responsible for troubleshooting PLCs, observing electrical and electronic devices/systems in operation to locate cause of problem. Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment and troubleshooting and repair production equipment. Communicate with production department operators, supervisors and other plant personnel to understand the problem. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and equipment manuals.
