IPSCO Inc. To Webcast Fourth Quarter And Year End Results

Lisle, Illinois, February 7, 2005 - IPSCO Inc. (NYSE/TSX: IPS) invites you to listen to the live webcast of its 2004 fourth quarter and year end results conference call at 10:00 AM EST on Monday, February 14, 2005. During the call, IPSCO President and CEO, David Sutherland and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Vicki Avril will discuss IPSCO Inc.'s quarterly results.

IPSCO operates steel mills at three locations and pipe mills at six locations in Canada and the United States.
