Houston – Corporate HQ and R&D Center
In addition to acting as our corporate headquarters, the 70,000 sq. ft. Houston facility houses our R&D capabilities and is the focal point for all product design and development, experimental and validation testing and advanced metallurgical research. Here, we work in close collaboration with top industrial forums, research labs and universities.
Our Ambridge facility manufactures seamless pipe, performs pipe heat treatment for demanding applications and provides finishing operations where pipe undergoes non-destructive testing and inspection. The plant also has the capacity to provide premium-upsetting services.
Our Baytown facility performs finishing operations on tubular products including threading, heat treatment and various inspection processes. This plant also produces premium connections for steel tubular goods.
Our Blytheville facility manufactures welded OCTG pipe, line pipe, standard pipe and building and construction products. This facility produces pipe using high frequency electric resistance welding and performs finishing operations including threading, upsetting and heat treatment.
Our Brookfield facility produces premium pipe connections for steel pipe used in the oil and gas industry. The plant is equipped to receive shipments and thread tubular goods.
Our Camanche facility manufactures welded OCTG pipe, line pipe, standard pipe and building and construction products. This facility utilizes high frequency electric resistance welding and has the capacity to thread the pipe it produces.
Our Catoosa facility performs finishing operations on tubular goods including threading, swaging, normalizing, coating, quenching and tempering. In addition, the facility also offers a range of testing and inspection services.
Our pipe threading and service facility in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada features state-of-the-art production equipment that threads a full range of TMK UP ULTRA™ connections. In addition, the site offers a full line of accessories, services and repairs for all TMK connection designs.
Our Geneva plant is a hollow structural sections mill that produces square and rectangular welded tubular goods by utilizing a high frequency electric resistance welding process. Product applications include equipment for construction, agricultural and industrial sectors, highways and bridges, stairs and handrails, signage and storage systems.
Our Koppel facility is dedicated to steelmaking and billet production, pipe heat treatment for more demanding applications and finishing operations where pipe undergoes non-destructive testing and inspection.
Our Midland facility produces a line of premium connections designed for deep, high pressure, horizontal/directional and other challenging drilling and completion environments.
Strategically located near the rich natural gas deposits of the Marcellus Shale, our 280-acre Wilder facility produces both casing and line pipe to support drilling operations.
The 24-acre Wilder coating facility is located five miles south of Cincinnati. Geographically situated near the rich natural gas deposits of the Marcellus Shale formation, this facility will be bale to coat flowlines, gathering and transmission lines up to 24”.
